Hello, I’m Meagan Wade, RN, CCM, CDMS, and I’m honored to be the heart behind Belle Vie Concierge Care, servicing The Villages, FL. With over a decade of nursing experience, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding patients and families through their health journey with compassion, advocacy, and expertise.
The name “Belle Vie” means “Beautiful Life” in French, and it reflects the heart of my philosophy: healthcare should support more than medical needs — it should enhance quality of life. I believe every client deserves care that fosters dignity, independence, and peace of mind, so they can continue living their own beautiful life, on their terms.
As a nationally-Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), I bring both clinical expertise and care coordination skills that go beyond traditional nursing. From navigating complex medical systems to providing one-on-one support, I ensure that you and your loved ones always have an advocate by your side.
